We worked with Laura Lyon Trends on a research and insight project to inform the evolution of the Avalon brand proposition.  The project involved a quantitative and qualitative survey to both our customer base and non-Avalon customers to understand their views of our current and future proposition.  It explored our product and service offering along with perceptions on price and opinions about our brand and competitors within our industry.  Laura was integral to our study – managing all aspects of the survey to a very tight turnaround and producing actionable insight from the results, which has shaped our future brand proposition.  We would gladly work with Laura again.

Laura runs our staff and HR surveys and analysis; measuring and assessing the diversity and inclusion measures in the major creative organisations we work with. She reports on the on-the-ground experience of a companies diversity and inclusion policies, and makes recommendations for future improvements. Also included in the reporting is analysis of the results of a separate survey completed by HR, as well as a review of the organisations HR policy documents, and the language used in job adverts and on their social media accounts - to identify gaps in opportunities for employees, and areas for improvements. Laura is great to work with, she is very conscientious and always goes the extra mile to make sure clients are happy.
